Reflex Training Third Sector & Data protection policy
Reflex Training has a transparent, straightforward policy - you are in control of your personal details and retain the right to privacy and control of the way people handle information about you. To ensure that this is always the case when you share any amount of information with us we have a six point policy:
  1. We will never ask you to give us personal information about yourself either on our website or by e-mail.
  2. All documents associated with Reflex Training will always contain the Reflex Training branding and copyright information.
  3. If you send us an e-mail we will never ask you to give us any additional personal or business information.
  4. If you choose to give us additional contact information whether directly or indirectly, we shall treat that information with the strictest of confidence and never share that information with anyone else. WE WILL NEVER GIVE/SHARE OR SELL YOUR DETAILS TO ANOTHER COMPANY OR INTERNET SITE.
  5. Should we need to use information you choose to give us for anything other than internal administration, we will always seek your permission first.
  6. We strive to ensure that any records kept by Reflex Training are kept in a secure, private location that cannot be accessed by unauthorised persons. You can at any time request that we remove any/all the information we hold about you from our records.
Should you have any data protection concerns relating to Reflex Training please e-mail or telephone us immediately so we can deal with the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
We try to ensure that any third-party site linked to by Reflex training adopt a responsible attitude and policy towards customer details security and rights to privacy.
